High-capacity cutting – Our precision band saw delivers fast, accurate cutting of structural steel, tube, hollow section and solid bar, with capacities up to Ø350mm round and 510 x 350mm rectangular sections.
- Double mitre capability – The saw performs precision mitre cuts from -60° to +60°, allowing complex angled cuts without repositioning the material, improving accuracy and reducing production time.
- Consistent, high-quality cuts – Hydraulic material clamping, automatic downfeed control and precision carbide blade guides ensure clean, repeatable cuts across a wide range of materials and section sizes.
- Optimised cutting performance – Variable blade speeds from 20–120 m/min allow cutting parameters to be matched to the material, extending blade life while maximising productivity.
Efficient production – A semi-automatic cutting cycle clamps the material, completes the cut and returns the saw head automatically, providing reliable, repeatable performance for both one-off fabrications and production work
To aid in the accurate cutting of materials to lines and markings, the saws are fitted with laser light guides. This ensures accurate positioning of the material relative to the blade, and enables continuous monitoring of the blade progress, reducing the risk of blade run-offs.
